Please take note that on the Preview Screen, it is normal that your avatar will not sync perfectly with your voice over. You need to render your video to see the final result.

If in case, it happens on your final render. Let us know, we will grant you back your used credits and will check what is happening on your project.

We also recommend checking your script to ensure you have the correct punctuation, no unnecessary letter capitalization and extra line breaks or spaces. Writing it in a paragraph form would help in resolving this.

​Using of artificial pauses that is less than 1 seconds also messed up with your lipsync, so we suggest using proper punctuations and have the avatar the natural pauses throughout the video.

Once you made changes on the script, you need to click PLAY ICON on the script segment to have updated before rendering the final video. if there is an orange line on the script segment, that mean its not rendered, you should have a green line on it to make sure it is updated.
