The free plan provides 10 credits. It allows you to generate 2 video ads, use the Al scriptwriter, export and download your ads, make revisions, and enjoy unlimited use of free stock footage. All exports on the free plan will include a watermark.

With each subscription plan, you receive a specific amount of monthly credits and access to Creatify's premium features throughout the subscription period. This includes advanced Al video creation tools to enhance your marketing campaigns.

The number of credits required to render a video depends on the tool and the video's length; the platform will display the exact cost before you render.

For AI VIDEO ADS, AVATAR VIDEOS, and AI SHORTS it takes 5 credits for every 15 seconds of video, rounded up. For revisions, it takes 3 credits for every 15 seconds of video, also rounded up. While on Pro or other higher-tier plans, credits will not be consumed when revising a video created from the said tools, *provided that you do not change the script, avatar, or voice.

*​Ad Clone takes 1 credits for every second of video length.

Product Video tool takes 1 credit to generate an image and 3 credits to generate a video. Note: higher tiers (Professional, VEO3) cost more.

It takes 2 credits to render audio using the Text-to-Speech feature.

For other tools and services especially for Asset Generator, it will advise you how many credits it will cost before rendering.

In our monthly plans, you will receive credits with each renewal, which occurs monthly. These credits are valid for two months, allowing you extra time to utilize them. However, if you cancel your subscription, you will be transitioned to the free plan, which offers limited access to our AI tools. This means that if you want to continue to have access to the features and tools included in your selected plan, you must maintain an active subscription.

Yes, on the free plan, you will receive 5 free credits every month.

You can change your plan at any time, and it will start a new billing cycle. All unused credits from your previous plan will remain available through the new billing cycle. You cannot switch from an annual plan until you have less than 10 credits left.

You can cancel your plan at any time. Your subscription will be active till the end of the billing cycle.

You own all of your creatives, even after your plan ends. You can use them in any channel without limitations. All of the stock footage used in Creatify is royalty- free.

You can add product images, videos, and text descriptions. JPG and PNG(for images) MP4 and MOV(for videos) not more than 200mb is file size. Or, you can use the product link to allow Creatify to get these assets directly from the store page.
