Creatify.ai offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions can be billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime through your account or by emailing [email protected] or messaging us on our help desk, and we’ll be happy to assist.
General Refund Policy
Because all payments are processed immediately and give instant access to our premium tools, payments are final and non-refundable. This is stated in our Terms of Service and on our paywall before checkout, so users have full clarity before subscribing.
However, we understand that situations can vary—and we always aim to be fair and considerate. That’s why we carefully review refund requests based on usage and circumstances.
✅ When We Can Offer a Refund
To remain fair to all users, we can approve refunds under the following situations:
Same-day charge with no usage
(Applies to both monthly and yearly plans.)The user finds that the service is genuinely not what they expected
(For example, if the tools are not aligned with what they were looking for.)Accounts with 3+ months of no usage
(In these cases, we can refund 1 month as a courtesy.)
❌ When Refunds Are Not Eligible
We may not issue a refund for the following cases:
If the issue is a technical concern that can be fixed
(We’ll help troubleshoot instead.)If the user is requesting features that the platform is already capable of doing
If the account shows active usage
(In special cases, we may offer a 50% partial refund, depending on the situation.)
